Dear Starbucks,
We need to take a break. This doesn’t mean I’m leaving forever, but you cost me more than Spotify, mascara and dog food combined.
I will always love you.
I have a confession: I’m addicted to Instagram. Between my blog, work, personal, and my dog’s account (don’t judge me, you know my dog @thedailyharley is cute af) I literally have 4 accounts that I’m checking and adding content to all throughout the day. Besides the gram, there are endless Facebook feeds that I get sucked into reading, a million emails rolling in, Spotify playing non-stop, it just doesn’t end. It’s exhausting and makes my eyes bleed, but just like the rest of the human race, I can’t stop.
If there’s one thing that (sort of) alleviates the Sunday Scaries, it’s going to bed knowing you have a full fridge of groceries and a meal plan for the week. Just me? Don’t lie, you know it sounds nice to not have to worry about what you are going to eat on Monday (or Tuesday thru Friday). Meal planning for the week is easy with the right strategy, so I’m here to teach you how to save money, eat healthier and stress less about your meal plan!
If you saw last week’s post, you know that I’m all about results and not so much about resolutions. I feel like resolutions carry a lot of pressure with them and not usually a whole lot of meaning or execution, but working toward results/goals is more of a solid plan. So for my second post under the Resolutions vs. Results series, I give you the most important part: setting your goals and scheduling for success.
So here we are, it’s almost halfway through January and everyone is either in full fledged resolution mode or stressing out about the fact that they haven’t even started. To be honest with you, I’m completely guilty of being in that second category. I have a million ideas swirling around in my head about things I want to improve on, and an overarching goal of making 2017 amazing, yet I haven’t made much headway. BUT, that’s the entire point of this post: determining your goals for 2017 and making an action plan to achieve them.
